The GHNV19 series of DC-powered LVDT position sensors are widely used in the field of position measurement. This series of sensors features DC input and DC output, with the electrical components of the sensor fully sealed, and the entire unit can achieve an IP-68 protection rating. It can withstand various harsh environments and meet a variety of industrial applications.
The GHNV19 series sensors consist of a rebound shaft that operates inside a precision sleeve bearing. The measuring rod is connected to the LVDT core, and the repeatability can reach 0.6 microns or even better. The probe connected to the spring can move freely, and the spring force can be adjusted within the range of 50g to 500g (or customized). The standard model for the sensor probe is AGD9, made of quenched black tool steel, and it is interchangeable with other AGD probes.
The GHNV19 series LVDTs use built-in electronic modules, retaining the technical advantages of AC LVDTs (such as frictionless operation and high dynamic response) while also featuring ease of use and simple structure. The DC output makes them convenient to use with PLCs, digital displays, A/D converters, computer-based data processors, and QC data collection systems.
The GHNV19 series of LVDT position sensors has a measurement range from 2.5 mm to 100 mm. This series of LVDTs is characterized by high resolution, good repeatability, and low latency.
In addition to the options already provided in the selection table, it can also be customized according to customer requirements in many options, including thread specifications, cable outlets, joint types and many other mechanical structure requirements.
