To enhance product performance and user experience, ABEK SENSORS officially announces that its popular single-channel LVDT/RVDT signal conditioner has undergone a comprehensive upgrade. The product model SCAC-05 has been updated to SCAC-05S.

This upgrade focuses on three cores: greater reliability, enhanced usability, and improved stability. Specific improvements include:

1. Significant improvements in functionality and performance

Faster dynamic response: Output signal bandwidth increased to 1000Hz, enabling precise capture of high-speed displacements to meet more demanding dynamic measurement requirements.

Enhanced environmental adaptability: Circuit optimization and improved anti-interference design, coupled with EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) certification, ensure stable signal transmission and reliable operation in complex industrial electrical environments.

2. Installation and Usage Fully Optimized

Unified Wiring Connections: The SCAC-05S and SCAC-06 signal conditioners feature standardized terminal wiring definitions, enhancing interchangeability.

Visual error-proofing design: Utilizes 4-color coded terminals to distinguish functions such as power supply, input, and output by different colors, preventing wiring errors.

3. Continue to leverage core strengths

The SCAC-05S fully inherits the core strengths of its predecessor: a wide 10-30V DC power supply range (compatible with 24V PLC systems), DIN 35mm rail mounting, dedicated ICs for high-precision excitation and synchronous demodulation, and on-site zero and span adjustment capabilities.
