The FLAR19 series is an intrinsically safe explosion-proof, high-reliability LVDT position sensor. With its stainless-steel construction and through-hole design, the LVDT core can be connected at both ends for better guidance and easier cleaning of dirt inside the sensor.
The outlet of the FLAR19 is M20*1.5 or 1/2 NPT threaded head, which is convenient to connect to explosion-proof junction boxes or hard/hose pipes.
The FLAR19 LVDTs are available in ranges from ±5mm to ±250mm, and they also have the advantages of high resolution, repeatability, and low impedance, with a maximum linearity error of ±0.25% of the full-scale output (the method of deriving the optimal slope by the least squares method)
The biggest benefit of the FLAR19 intrinsically safe explosion-proof position sensor is that the sum of the secondary voltages is constant, independent of the position of the core, so this series of sensors can be matched with almost all LVDT signal conditioners.
The FLAR19 series LVDT position sensor can provide reliable displacement measurement in demanding environments such as steam turbines, fuel valve position feedback, blade servo control, engine shell differential expansion measurement, etc. The high temperature characteristics of this series can also be used for other measurement applications in high-hazard environments.
