The FHNV19 series of hermetically sealed DC-powered LVDT is suitable for position measurement applications. The sensors are laser-welded in a stainless-steel housing, with a hermetically sealed coil that is protected to IP-68. They are designed to withstand harsh environments and are suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
The FHNV19 series sensors utilize built-in electronic components and retain the technical advantages of AC LVDTs, such as frictionless operation and high dynamic response, while combining ease of use and simplicity of construction. The sensors are designed for easy use with PLCs, digital displays, A/D converters, and data collection systems.
The FHNV19 series sensors are available in ranges from 2.5 mm to 500 mm. They are characterized by high resolution, good repeatability and low latency.
In addition to the options already provided in the selection table, it can also be customized according to the customer's requirements, including Teflon (PTFE) iron core bushing, thread specifications, coupling type and many other mechanical structure needs.
