Wang Pengcheng

General Manager

Mr. Wang Pengcheng entered the LVDT sensor industry in 2009 at Macro Sensors' China office, engaging in related technical applications and market sales, accumulating solid experience in both technical application and market development. In 2015, he founded ABEK SENSORS, dedicated to the independent research and development of sensor technology and the promotion of its industrialization, continuously driving the company's innovation and growth in the field of precision measurement.

Ye Haisheng

Chief Engineer

Mr. Ye Haisheng is a senior engineer with a multidisciplinary professional background, covering as sensors, electrical engineering, chemistry, mechanical engineering, structural engineering, and materials science. He joined the state-owned Beijing Shuguang Motor Factory in 1980 and served as the director of the sensor branch, during which he successfully established production lines for aviation-specific LVDT and RVDT sensors. In 2016, Mr. Ye joined ABEK SENSORS, bringing over forty years of research, development, and manufacturing experience in the LVDT/RVDT field, laying a solid foundation for ABEK Sensors' technical system.

Yu Lai

Deputy General Manager

Mr. Yu Lai has rich management experience in the high-end manufacturing. He previously served as Production Management Supervisor at Foxconn Technology Group, where he led the optimization of production processes and the establishment of standardized systems, gaining extensive expertise in precision manufacturing and large-scale production management. In 2016, Mr. Yu Lai formally joined ABEK SENSORS as a shareholder, introducing standardized and process-oriented management systems from advanced manufacturing. This laid a solid foundation in manufacturing and management for ABEK SENSORS to achieve scalable growth and continuously enhance its market competitiveness.
