Ideal for applications such as large-scale structural static testing, automotive component inspection, bearing testing, and lithium battery coating.   • Self-Developed DDS Digital Excitation — Supports 1.5V/3.0V dual excitation voltage options and 2.5k/5k/10kHz triple frequency selection.

  • Broad AC Input Range — Covers 55mV to 5.5V, universally compatible with small-range and large-range sensors

2. 24-Bit High-Precision Acquisition with Stable Low-Drift Performance in Harsh Conditions

Featuring a 24-bit Σ-Δ ADC with multi-stage digital filtering and four selectable bandwidths (10Hz/100Hz/250Hz/1000Hz), the system accurately captures both static micro-deformation and high-frequency dynamic displacement.
 
Built with low-temperature-drift components and isolated EMC design, the PS200 series operates reliably across a wide temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It withstands industrial electromagnetic interference from frequency converters, motors, and other heavy equipment, ensuring minimal temperature drift during long-term continuous measurement.
  • Supports 9V to 30V DC wide-range power supply;
  • Supports 0-5V / 0-10V / ±5V voltage outputs and 4-20mA current output (custom required) for direct interface with PLCs, controllers, and data loggers.

3. Industrial Ethernet Communication for Seamless Cross-Platform Integration

Equipped with standard 100M Ethernet, supporting Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU, and TC-ASCII protocols for high-speed data upload. An integrated virtual oscilloscope allows real-time monitoring of raw sensor waveforms.
